Jireh Medical Staffing LLC was formed in 2013 but was only fully activated in 2022 in the later part of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is the brainchild of Gay Marie Aniban, R.N., M.S.N. who has worked 20+ years in the United States as a registered nurse and extensively during the peak of the pandemic.

The company envisions to be not just as a staffing agency deploying medical professionals to hospitals, nursing homes and other medical establishments but to be an entity with an earnest purpose to help people get their desired jobs in the medical field and beyond. It wants to be the medical staffing agency with a heart.
